Last month, our learning community read The One & Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate. When we were finished, we had a celebration fit for "Ivan." At the celebration, our PTA announced that a donation had been made on behalf of Hollywood School so that Hollywood Huskies would be "sharing the care" for our neighbor , Jo Jo, a lowland gorilla at Brookfield Zoo. So, the next time you swing by Tropic World Asia, say hi to our buddy, JoJo!
